Day 15

Can't believe how hideous that day 1 photo is of me, oh dear.  Can't wait to NOT look like that.

Hoping to lose weight this week. I'm feeling fitter but not much on the weight loss so far.  Getting better at skipping - yay!  Can keep going for more jumps in a row without tripping up too often.

I'm finding it hard to eat the full breakfast amount.  I've never been good at eating breakfast so still getting used to that much food early in the morning.  Today's the first day without carbs for dinner so hopefully that will help with the weight loss.

  1. Hi Millie. Keep plugging away. Now you have the hang of things you will start to see changes really quickly. Don't miss a day skipping as it is the best. Your stamina will improve and you will have heaps more energy.

    I was really hungry the first week of no carb dinner. It takes a few days to get used to it so expect a few bumpy days. It is totally worth it though.
