Day 36

I've had a very bad couple of weeks since I last wrote.  I had to go away on an unexpected business trip for 10 days and it has been really hard to fit the exercises in and keep to the diet.  I then caught a really bad cold whilst on the trip and have had flu-like symptoms since, so still haven't been able to do the exercises.  I'm starting to feel better now but I have A LOT of catching up to do on both the diet and exercise.

Day 21

Feeling fitter - I've never exercised 21 days in a row before!  I'm finding the push-ups without knees on the floor really difficult though.  I've noticed lots more reps coming next week.  Must stay positive - it's doing me good!

People are saying my skin looks really good - yay!! must be because I've stopped eating junk food.

Day 15

Can't believe how hideous that day 1 photo is of me, oh dear.  Can't wait to NOT look like that.

Hoping to lose weight this week. I'm feeling fitter but not much on the weight loss so far.  Getting better at skipping - yay!  Can keep going for more jumps in a row without tripping up too often.

I'm finding it hard to eat the full breakfast amount.  I've never been good at eating breakfast so still getting used to that much food early in the morning.  Today's the first day without carbs for dinner so hopefully that will help with the weight loss.

Day 1 photo

I've been debating whether to put my day 1 photo up as it's so hideous but I thought I should so I can compare notes with day 90 and hopefully see some changes.  I can't bear it but here goes:

Day 10

Day 10 already - we're over 10% on the way!  Well this week is certainly different from last week.  I don't think I've lost any weight yet unfortunately but I actually feel fitter already.  Don't know if that's just in my head but I somehow do.

All going ok but being organised about meals is tricky and getting my lunch and snacks ready to take to work is very time-consuming.  I just need to get into a routine with it I guess.

I haven't chipped in with all questions on the email threads but my questions are all covered by yours so far anyway!  Looking forward to Patrick's video soon.

Day 6

Can't believe it's day 6 already.  My body was aching at day 3 - think it was a shock to the system not having exercised much recently.  But seem to have loosened up again thankfully.  Press-ups are still my worst but the other exercises are going ok.  Good luck everyone else in my sub-group!

Day 1

Very exciting to have started.  It feels good to be doing some proper exercise after quite a long time!  Skipping wasn't too bad.  The sets were fine apart from the push-ups - made me feel very weak! I'll need to get much better at those.  The half-diet was absolutely fine - I'm obviously very virtuous with it only being day 1.  Thrilled to have got through day 1 successfully :-)
