Day 1

Very exciting to have started.  It feels good to be doing some proper exercise after quite a long time!  Skipping wasn't too bad.  The sets were fine apart from the push-ups - made me feel very weak! I'll need to get much better at those.  The half-diet was absolutely fine - I'm obviously very virtuous with it only being day 1.  Thrilled to have got through day 1 successfully :-)

    I hear you... the pushups were NOT easy. Lots of room for improvement there. Will be great to see how far we get over the 3 months - I'm sure 3 sets of 5-8 (admittedly, I stuck to the 5) will be nothing in no time. Good luck!!
